Our Mission
The mission of ShusanRealty through Naya Udaan is to actively reach the underserved and support them with meaningful resources that improve their everyday lives. Our goal is not limited to short-term relief it is about laying the foundation for long-term empowerment.
We work to provide access to nutritious food, education, healthcare, hygiene, and emotional well being essentials that many still live without. We aim to develop community-based programs that nurture talent, offer skill development, and instill confidence in individuals who have been deprived of opportunities. From setting up digital learning spaces and sanitation facilities to organizing health camps and providing clothing, every initiative under Naya Udaan is a step toward shaping a more resilient and self-reliant society.

The Inspiration Behind NAYA UDAAN
Over a decade ago, while visiting a community temple in Noida, Mr. Shubham Tripathi encountered a young child who approached him with innocence and curiosity. Moved by the moment, he offered the child a meal and some treats, unknowingly planting the seeds of a lifelong mission.
That day marked the beginning of Naya Udaan—a dream to bring joy, support, and opportunity to many more children in need. The initiative quickly grew, with more children being reached and more smiles shared. Inspired by his family values of gratitude and service, Mr. Tripathi turned this vision into a structured effort backed by ShusanRealty.
The Journey So Far
What started as a personal act of kindness evolved into a committed initiative supported by the ShusanRealty team and community. Even when Mr. Tripathi traveled outside the city or country, his team ensured the support never stopped.
Today, Naya Udaan runs consistent outreach programs and community development activities:
- A learning center where children receive basic education and digital literacy
- Regular health camps and medical aid for underprivileged families
- Distribution of food, clothing, and stationery to children and the elderly
- Construction of sanitation facilities and safe community spaces
Each milestone brings us closer to a society where everyone has the wings to rise Naya Udaan.
